Any person or company involved in the transport chain of dangerous goods has specific responsibilities under ADR regulations.
Consignors, packers, loaders, fillers, carriers, unloaders, and recipients, must receive appropriate
ADR training relevant to their responsibilities.

According to ADR regulations, all personnel whose duties concern the transport of dangerous goods must receive training

Classification of dangerous goods, Packing and packaging, Marking and labeling, Documentation
