Foundation in Travel and Tourism with Amadeus Diploma (self-study)

Improve your customer service and sales skills in order to better advise travel customers about when and where to travel based on their needs. What you will learn
After completing this diploma you will be able to:

Advise customers on passport and visa requirements, as well as on travel insurance options.

Promote services and facilities available to airline passengers during their travel.

Interpret standard industry codes to plan and reserve travel itineraries.

Sell rail travel, car rental, hotel accommodation, cruises and pre-packaged tour products.

Provide good customer service and retain customer loyalty.

Use the Global Distribution System to make and maintain reservations and issue travel documents.
Everybody, fluent in English Language, over 18 years of age, and highly motivated individuals willing to work in an exciting international industry.
Every additional Language is of Advantage (German, French, Luxembourgish)
Assessment methods
At the end of each module, a certificate of completion is awarded to those who pass. At the end of the training we will do a final exam for Travel and Tourism Agent Diploma.

Diploma format / Diploma code: TTTG-05
This is a partner-taught or self-study diploma, which will take you approximately 200 hours to complete, depending on your previous knowledge and experience.
The diploma materials are provided in e-book or printed format. Please choose the format when you register.
You will have 12 months to complete the course and exam (enrollment validity), which starts from the date you purchase the diploma.
The recommended level for this course is Entry-level.
Performance will be based on an examination.
Certificate awarded
By successfully completing the examination you will receive the Foundation in Travel and Tourism Diploma.
